Line was long but I did order from the app in the line saved 50% with KRYSTAL50 when download Krystal App. I paid on the app even after ordered thru drive-thru. (i really wanted the 50% off) but app froze and then completed and the lady at window saw my order, my payment, discount applied and removed duplicate order in a breeze that was awesome. Need healthy section though

It was fast and the service was friendly. I am not particularly a fan of Krystals (I dont like the flavor)so I don't go here often, but my husband wanted it. I was impressed with the fast and friendly service.

Service was fine. The wait was not too long. There were bad pot holes in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and one in the drive-thru.

The late night drive through line was slow but worth the freshly made Krystals.

My last two times I have visited the LaGrange crystals it was like the employee stood on one side of the room and tried to throw the crystals into the little boxes talking about taking Smashburgers literally.

I LOVE Krystal! This particular time the Krystals were just as fresh and soft as they could be! My family and I very much enjoyed our meal!
