They have horrible customer service! The lady taking my order would not let me finish a sentence and would cut me off. I order a fried chicken salad with NO TOMATOES OR CHEESE. Told her multiple times and didn’t listen because I had tomatoes and cheese and I think the cheese was moldy it stunk so bad I couldn’t even eat it. Was terrible!!!!

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:45. The line was long but I waited. When I pulled to the speaker the lady told me they were closed. I stated that I had been in line before closed and all she responds was “we closed”. I asked to speak the manager and told her the same thing. She said “we closed” I then stated again I was in line at 9:45 and waited. She then said “well then we out of food”. I am disappointed and applaud at the lack of customer service and rudeness of this establishment.

Service takes an hour and they serve ppl walking in first over the ppl waiting 30+ min in drive thru. The manager Krystal is very rude. They might be understaffed but the way to respond to customers in uncalled for.

This place is filthy and slow. Spills unattended, lack of stocking (napkins, lids, straws), employees goofing off while the line of people waiting continues to grow. Go to the other Zaxby's down the road, it won't cost you any time. Management needs to make some changes or be changed.

The zensation salad had awful purple asian slaw and large pieces of purple cabbage. I usually love the Asian slaw. I have had this salad many times. Never have i had it like this and the chicken was cold too. I asked for grilled chicken and was told no. The spicy fried mushrooms were greasy. I don't recommend Zaxbys on Commerce Ave in Lagrange, GA

Terrible customer service from manager, very rude. If you hate working customer service get a different job. Will not eat here ever again. Do not recommend this location. They will get your food wrong then throw away perfectly good chicken fingers in your face instead of letting you keep it.

The staff was nice, professional, wore masks, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The website and door both say they close at 11. The doors were unlocked. Walked in at 10:25 and was informed that they had “thrown all the food away” and couldn’t take my order
