Wendy's

After having no luck with my mobile order across the street at BK, I decided to do wendy's. Went smooth but my food had onions and pickles on it that I didn't want. Mistakes happen.... the employees fixed my sandwiches and hooked me up with a free coke (to get the onion taste out of my mouth) .... so they still deserve the 5* because they fixed it with no question asked. And FYI, the burgers I didn't eat did not goto waste. See my pics :)

I'm going to need you to do better Wendy's!!! My family went through the drive thru; I myself ordered just a 4 for $4.... The sauce that I wanted for my nuggets is actually the sauce that comes on the chicken wraps which is a roasted honey mustard because it's so delicious!!! The young man that took our order and the young lady at the window were both very polite but whoever is cooking.....shame on you!!! The picture shows the exact amount of honey mustard I was given and the nuggets were actually very old!!!

So the drive thru worker tells me they are understaffed but if I order on mobile they will take my order ☠️ Please tell me how that works? And then no less then 5 minutes later they start taking drive-thru orders. Claimed they got "situated". I love Wendy's and have been to many of their locations but this one is my least favorite

We came as greatful customers. We where happy that this Wendy's would stay open till 1. Despite other reviews we wanted to try this location. Yet when we arrived not only did they say there "systems where down" even after there being a car at the window. I then tried to ask a question and instead of a reply I got "Umm Hello I said our systems are down". If this is how the employees treat customers and decided they want to be lazy instead of work. They should just close sooner and save everyone the trouble. If I could I'd put a zero star
