I came through on my lunch break and was out of there in less than 5 minutes! TJ was so kind and personable. they made my drink beautifully 10/10

Third time I have went through the drive through and asked for light ice and my drink is completely full of ice in a venti cup.

The same grande nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream we get at other locations was nasty here. It tasted like fish water. It was so gross. Maybe the sweet cream was off or something but it tasted like fishy mop water added to a nitro cold brew. Disgusting blend.
0 out of 10 would recommend.
We won't be coming back to this location.

I always enjoyed going into the Starbucks at the pavilion . friendly service got to know several of the employees . after they stopped serving my. Hazelnut coffee. Went from daily visit to once a wk customer.. Wow now they hazzlenut! So their lobby is closed apparently so is getting orders to go unless mobile orders. So after parking my vehicle going inside smiling. I was asked if i had a mobile order no i just want a cofee to go . i was told no Mobile orders only.. Youll have to go thru the drive thru... No i dont...and i will never get coffee again at starbucks if this is how you are going to treat customer s ! Im not sure why the pandemic became a excuse for bad and rude service.. There were 5 employees standing there... .

Friendly staff, local traffic, which makes for a nice relaxing interior to visit with a friend over a cup of coffee. The drive-thru is horrendous when it gets busy which causes traffic congestion for all orders (in-store pickup or dining).

Drive thru was long so I figured the wait would be too. It was not! They moved very quick and my drinks were made correctly. Love starbucks!
