Kfc

I arrived in the drive thru just after they opened and I ordered a Famous Bowl and 2 biscuits with honey and butter. They had my food ready for me almost instantly and it was hot and delicious! My only complaint is that they only have me one honey and one butter for two biscuits when I feel like they should have given me at least two of each so I could have one of each for each biscuit..

Food was great. Haven't had kfc since the start of the pandemic. An irritated woman came in and berated the on shift manager but she was professional and tried to help solve the issue. The woman left mad and that was the end of the ordeal. Other than that the visit was pleasant and the food was good.

03/10/23- My boys wanted KFC. My last time the crew and manager had bad attitudes. This was during your $6 meal deal. Zachary was on duty. He was hustling getting orders ready, but it didn't stop him from greeting us. He made us feel welcomed. Zachary took our order and said there was a wait on the biscuits. It didn't matter because he was cool about it. When we got our order we had fries instead of macaroni (for my 5yr old). I have a sore throat, so I take blame. Zachary quickly grabbed me a mac cheese order for my son. He set the bar high for our next visit. I hope management can recognize Zachary for his positive attitude and great customer service! Thank you Zachary!
