I’ve never been inside before, I was in the drive thru but the line was so long. I went inside and ordered food to go. They were so busy but the employees were all so nice and helpful. The food was delicious I do wish you could buy just a bucket of chicken legs though because that’s all my children will eat.

I decided to go inside instead of the drive through. Had been awhile since I had been to KFC. I like to see the menu up front and no rush. I knew I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich before I went into the building. Looked at the menu's for future craves and was ready to order. Service was more geared for the drive through, so you will get faster service doing that. Very busy staff , courteous Can I help you and ordered. Quick service and back home.

Before I went to KFC I looked at their menu online at my local KFC... Once I got there and went in I was told I couldn't oder what I saw online. So I ordered their NEW Hot 5 piece tenders. By the time I drove the 3 minutes to get home the tenders were soaking in grease... Picture included here. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in what KFC is offering for $10.99 a bowl of grease.

Went to kfc and got coleslaw and a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and extra sauce. Along with food for the rest of my family. There was moldy pieces of something in my coleslaw, and no pickles on my sandwich. Along with very little sauce on my sandwich. I didn't eat the coleslaw and the sandwich was horrible 😭. I used to love KFC. Now I will never be back.

Ordered a three-piece meal that was supposed to be white and dark meat, only got dark. Didn't get any coleslaw and everything was cold. Tried to call, but couldn't get through. I don't recommend the Lacey KFC. Also I guess they have different three piece meals make sure you get the right one. Don't forget your coupon too, they won't give you the discount without it.

They'll ask if you want to try an apple pie or cookie.. the one time I say yes to desert they forget to put it in the bag!! Then I try to call and they don't even answer their phone.... after reading some of the other reviews below, it seems this location forgets a LOT. Check your order before you pull away... Thanks KFC... NOT

Made a trip to KFC for a quick meal because I’m seriously tired of cooking every single meal for the past YEAR at home. We were really just craving some junk food so we caved and decided on fried chicken... and I now totally regret it. When we got the giant bag home and started pulling things out, the paper bag with gravy in it had been leaking and the bottom of the bag broke open over the whole bag, the gravy container just dropped straight through the bottom of the paper bag! And splattered all over our counter, my favorite brand new cream colored sweater, and all over my floor! As we were trying to clean up we saw it had leaked through the paper bag and all over and into the chicken bucket, the box containing our chicken strips and the box of biscuits (we have a big family and wanted left overs, so we ordered large sizes of everything, this was COPIOUS amounts of gravy). I tried to call them to see how we could fix it because no one wanted soggy gravy coated chicken, but the phone number from the receipt doesn’t even ring. So I had to drive back over. Before I did so I took pictures of everything, but was not about to bring that mess back into my brand new (to me) car. I had to go through the drive through because their lobby was closed and try to explain what happened. Whoever was working the window was super, super upset over the whole thing and was angry that I hadn’t brought the whole mess back with me. I tried to explain to her that I had photos I could show her, but she didn’t want to see them and told me angrily they would “just have to deal with it and replace the chicken I guess” and proceeded to practically shout at me to pull up to the window. Not once did anyone bother to apologize for the mess or even the inconvenience of having to drive back to the store. I certainly am not one of those people that thinks essential workers are scum, or need to treat me like they’re serfs, but this was actually a legitimately awful experience at their store because they didn’t seal the gravy. At any point from answering their phone to when I pulled up they could have been kinder about the whole thing and I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I wasn’t angry when I got there, but I definitely was when I left. Especially since I got home and found out they replaced my biscuits with burned ones... In more ways than one.

Not worth the price. Chicken littles are $3.19!!!!! (Not worth it) Half a chicken tender, glob of mayo, two pickle coins and bread. The original, back 35 years ago... SO much better. Same concept, no pickles but a leaf of lettuce and not as much mayo. Can't believe for $0.80 more cents you can get a regular size chicken sandwich. Perspective... 8 littles for $25.52+tax = never getting these again.
