Pho Tai

Got two to-go orders of Pho and the meat came completely raw, not just a little undercooked, completely red. The menu did not mention anything about meat being raw with the dish nor did anyone over the phone tell me this when I ordered. Really disappointed, especially since the raw meat was packed with the veggies. Had to cook at home, which was not what I was looking for with take-out.

Now, like me, you might suspect that a restaurant named after beef soup would struggle with vegetarian options. THEY DO NOT. I honestly wish I'd known about their tofu with veggie broth option back when I still ate cows. I'm serious, even if you eat a meaty option, try it with the veggie broth. So good.

This place has changed A Lot, food not prepared the same, higher prices, my husband got sick after eating...probably fish sauce out too long, more like a drive through, never going back. Fresh Phoa by Fred Meyers is elegant for comfortable dining, great quality on their food and excellent service, our go to from here out.

I have eaten at this place for a very long time. I always get the steak pho. When me and a guest went yesterday Wednesday February 16th 2022, the girl let us sit there for such a long time before coming up to us and telling us we had to scan something to access the menu. This is something new I guess. When we received our orders, the broth was very very bland and there was barely any meat or noodles in it. When other guests came after us they were handed a menu right away and treated completely different. I also ordered egg rolls which she said there were three but I only received one. I have never had this bad experience ever at this place. But based on that I'll have to find another place to go when I want pho. When we asked for containers to take the rest of our food home she seemed annoyed and had literally showed no sign of positivity toward us just annoyance and impatience. Customer service and quality is very important when serving food for sure!!
