This restaurant is horrible! I love the food, but the staff is totally incompetent. It never fails that they mess up my order or leave something out of the bag. I mean literally EVERY SINGLE TIME! We only go through the drive thru. Today I got a bucket w/3 sides and 6 rolls. I asked the guy to double check that I got everything. Guess what....got home and zero rolls! I love the chicken but can only go here a couple times a year because of the incompetent staff and the frustration it causes me. The restaurant has been the same way for years. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

Went for lunch, the lady that took my order in drive thru was a bit rude, had an attitude and when I got to the window she didn’t even have eye contact with me. I asked for a small side dish of Nashville hot sauce, which I’ve always gotten in the past and have had no issues with getting it. But before I could say anything she snapped at me and cut me off and said “we can’t do that” The food was cold, my chicken was soggy. Biscuit was hard as a rock and cold, the 2 sides I got with the chicken were cold as well. I had to heat everything up when I got home, which I shouldn’t have to do. I love coming to KFC to get my fried chicken fix, but I don’t know if I even want to eat here anymore. So disappointed.
