Super fast and friendly delivery! I have tried other pizza delivery places and Pizza Hut is by far the best. The quality of the food and overall experience is always a great experience

Pizza Hut on 1626 is amazing. They make super delicious pizzas and other goodies. The Manager Ryan is outstanding! He is professional, customer service oriented, dedicated to the business and proactive. The whole staff of Pizza Hut on 1626 works as a true team and are highly helpful.

Quality of the food has really gone down lately. The pizzas come with big bubbles more often nowadays. Wings were good though.

Trash customer service and bad management. Twice while ordering contactless delivery as advertised delivery driver knocked on my door baiting for tip for 5 minutes straight till I inform them leave the pizza as advertised contactless. To add insult driver tips themselves $7. Managers close out drawer at night so someone forged my receipt to include $7 tip. Not happening a third time. Avoid unless you want cold pizza and to be hasselled for tips after paying a $5 delivery fee.

Staff issue
Tried to order 2 pizzas over the phone. Guy I spoke with was not paying attention. Gave my card information to him 3 times in easy to remember 4 digit intervals. He then proceeded to lie and say my card was declined. He tried it twice while going through the “I’m sorry Sir” it’s just not working routine, I just gave up and politely got off the phone and ordered from another store without issue. Sad really, first time I ever had problem with staff.

Our large, family order was delivered to the wrong address this evening by accident. Ryan corrected it immediately and had the same order out in no time with no hesitation. Valuable customer service is hard to come by anymore, thank you for making it right!

Just ordered pizza and cheesy breadsticks, and the breadsticks hardly has cheese on them which got burned and dried, they tried to cover it with powder parmesan cheese. They were so dry and not good at all, as a customer I expected to get what I saw on the menu and not what I really got. Very disappointed
