Good presentation for my burger without the bun. It makes a difference to me. Tells me that they didn't miss any of my special requests. Fast service and the restroom was clean. I ordered online and picked up and decided to eat in.

Delicious! Love this place! The burgers are great! The chicken fingers are the bomb but to top it off the Dr. Pepper shake is amazing. I wish we had Whataburger up North! Will always return! Yum!

When the food is correctly made, it is great! However, I haven't had much luck with this particular location. I can understand going through employee training phases, but I shouldn't have to check my bag before driving off to make sure it is all there.

My food was fresh tonight...my only dig is the "chocolate " shake. This ain't it yall. The young lady was sweet enough to get me another one but what's going on? Yall afraid to put chocolate in the shake? (The left pic is "after")

Used the drive through and they got my order without any issues. They were fast even though there were 4 cars in front of me. They processed my QR code, took my payment and I then had to pull forward for maybe 2 minutes. My order was correct and hot! I got 4 breakfast taquitos and they were great. Thanks guys!!

Very long wait times on the drive thru. Not even too many cars, still had to wait too long for the person to take your order, and then even longer to get your food delivered to your car.
Management should find a solution for better customer service.

It was already unfortunate that this was one of the only good places to eat in kyle but now it's just bad. I ordered 4 burgers online and they managed to mess up every single one of them. And they forgot to put a french fry with the meal. Don't even think about asking for your money back because apparently "their system doesn't do that". Ruined the whole dinner experience.

Wife went there yesterday and she got her food. I only ordered FF and let me tell you they absolutely SUCKED they were beyond old. So bad my dog wouldn't eat any. We shouldn't have to order no salt FF to get fresh fries
