Service was great,food was great.just do something about the flies buzzing around the food that's left open.there were about 7 or 8 of them.

I just spent 27 minutes at my lunch break waiting on this cold nasty meatball sandwich. There was only one person in front of me. And I'm not being inconsiderate when it takes 5 minutes just to get change for a 20.

Dayshift person today says they're out of cold cut she hasn't got around to putting any out and she's out of meatballs too and then she doesn't have any of the White papers she needs to toast the flat bread so I ended up leaving. Funny part is she wasn't doing anything when I got there but standing around talking.

the lady during the day is slow and rude and i’ve seen multiple people walk out of her line. “sir you’re going to fast for me you need to slow down” is what she said to me when she was trying to make one 6” sandwich that was cold

In 3 years of going to this store on Middlebrook pike I have never been treated like I have today. I never got my food and they still have my money. Dont think I'll ever go back, at least while this 2 still work there.

Im the manager at this location have been for 6 months i want to say thank you for your reviews and im glad you had a good experience eating at my restaurant my staff and i strive to give the best customer service at a speedy pace and we are always open to suggestions on improvements thank you

It was the most terrible sandwich I've had in years. I will Not be going that location again.
The bread was stale I had the cold cut and my friend as well it tasted like wet cardboard

thank goodness for subway. only place open thati could go to the bathroom. everywhere else the lobby is closed
