Extremely friendly and professional staff, spacious parking lot, and a very convenient location. I have visited this location several times now and it is quickly becoming one of my favourite Tim Hortons restaurants.

Most poorly managed Tim's in this area. Waited 10 minutes to order with no one in front of us, then another 10 to get the food . Wraps were very poorly made, no sauce and not grilled for right time, messed up coffee configuration. Staff yelling at each other, wish there were negative stars. Tim Horton's please have a check on this location. Thanks

Tim Horton may be turning in his grave a lil, god bless... If he were to see what his always fresh idea turned into and what's become of his bar style coffee house that welcomed loiterers... aside from these changes its still timmies and for now still Canadian so I'll still give them most of these stars...

Would like to give it no stars. Order messed up. Over charged. Junk!!! 14 minutes to get an order????? Garbage!! This is one of the worst timmies I've been too!! It shouldn't be this way!! I hope management sees this and can train their staff better! Goid thing there's a McDonald's across the street cause I will not use this timmies again! Again, junk and garbage!

Yesterday, I visited waterloo and I stopped by here for coffee and snakes but I felt very bad here. Around 7 in the evening I drive up in drive-through and the customer service representative behave very rude towards to me and just I asked about some snakes but she is yelling me very loudly. I, personally suggest don't go there for just wasting your time and money. Very very very bad service I felt ever in Tim.

Staff were friendly and the Jalapeño Bagel Belt was good however there could have a little more butter as it was a little dry.

This location continues to have the slowest walk-in service of any Tim Horton's that I frequent. Really, really slow.
