The place is actually not KFC for Kentucky Fried Chicken it stands for Kitchener Fried Chicken. I ordered a 2 piece combo offer, to be honest service was nice and fast (skipped the tissues but asked if I needed ketchup) but coming back to the food which is what we primarily pay for was not the the KFC Colonel Sanders invented this is something else. It had black pepper no proper crust meat is not juice, it is dry and hard and no flavour and importantly presentation, KFC chicken were visibly so craving full thats what i wanted not what i got. 1 🌟 FOR THE COLONEL SANDERS, 1 🌟 FOR SERVICE.

Stopped in for a quick snack as we were visiting the city. I was surprised to see how outdated and old/gross the bathrooms looked at this location...these could use a good cleaning and an update. Also when we went to the fountain machine there was a huge puddle of water on the floor, so I told the woman at the counter and she told me there was a mop in the corner like she expected me to clean it up....she then filled a bucket of ice from said machine getting more ice on the floor and didn't clean it up the entire time we were there. Sure there was a wet floor sign but a mop would have fixed the situation. Poor experience overall for sure likely won't return.

Avoid this location. The service is sub-par, and the chicken is VERY dry and nothing like the KFC I'm used to. And the sanitary conditions alone make me avoid this location. It's like they forget they are handling people's food. If you're playing with your hair, tucking your shirt into pants or picking something up off the ground, you should be washing your hands before touching people's food.

This needs to be close. The first time I went there, I arrived home with my order. I realized they missed my drinks, and they also cut one piece of chicken. Last week I said let's give them a second chance; I ordered four pieces combo, and when I got the order, I checked before I went home. There was no drink, the chicken was dehydrated, and the fries were burnt and cold. I told the girl reviewed the food was very cold and burned. This is not KFC standard. We have to report this place to the HQ. I wish I could give zero stars because it is zero recommendations.

I ordered on line went picked it up and when I got home the food was so soggy and the salad container was so soggy as will. I called and complained and they said the best they could do is bring it back and we will give u fresh food. This is not right shouldn't have to wast my gas to bring it back when it was there problem in the bring. And the chicken there was not much meat on any of the chicken. Will never go back to kfc again this was on highland road kitchener.

This is my usual spot for KFC and would usually recommend, but tonight was awful! Ordered the two can dine deal that was advertised for $15 on the KFC website. This deal comes with 2 popcorn chicken, 2 fries, 2 pieces of dark meat, and 2 big crunch sandwiches. My girlfriend and I thought it was a great deal and excited to eat it. When we got home we first noticed that our order didn't have the correct sauce for the big crunches - we ordered spicy but got mayonnaise. Most importantly, our sandwiches were SO BURNT that we had to eat them without the buns. Please look at the photo attached because these sandwiches are unacceptable. The employee must have known this was too burnt to eat, but sent us off with it anyway. Truly disappointed. Just because we order a deal doesn't mean we should be served a discounted meal that is inedible. Finally, the one piece of chicken was extremely small. I keep giving this location a chance but its just not good. Whats going on with the gravy??? It's never consistent and either really dark or runny, and never has any taste to it. Kfc gravy used to be thick and light in color years ago, and it was perfectly salted. Now it's got a completely different taste. It completely ruins the poutine.
