Wendy's

Won't answer your phone and have a full mailbox guess my complaint will be public then. Regardless of the fact that this location has 0 accountability, everytime I order from you something is wrong whether it's no fork for my poutine or like this time a suggestion of ketchup and no receipt. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant but I'm really not interested in paying for your food if everytime I go something is wrong or I'm not even given what I need to eat my food. Would give 0 stars if I could 1 is too generous.

Considering its 8 bucks for a spicy chicken youd think youd get better quality than this! What is this? Seriously? Whay a disgrace that employees could careless about quality. And the window guy working the 2nd window at noon on April 19 didnt even greet me or said anything....this is your best customer service?

very dissapointed with this location today. We ordered a Dave's double combo and bacon deluxe combo. Fries were cold and soggy, then my husband's burger had a flat tomato and no lettuce, my burger had so little lettuce it would have been better without. Then our lemonade were made SO sweet that we had to water them down twice to make them drinkable. All of this and the ONLY good thing from our meal was the JBCs we ordered, and the bacon on those was so hard it could break a tooth. Definitely won't be visiting this sorry excuse for a Wendy's again.

I love Wendy's but this location always makes me question if it's really worth it. It's closest to me so sometimes I make the mistake of giving them another chance. With Wendy's now doing breakfast I thought I'd give it another go. No one inside yet stood and waited a while before being served, no biggie. Got the breakfast baconator combo. Bacon was burnt bad enough that it added a char taste that helped ruin that. Took lid off coffee and found bits of crumbs or something floating in it, undrinkable. Had a guest with me whose experience was the same. Officially done with this location and probably my first and last attempt at a Wendy's breakfast. Bravo. What a sad joke.
