Subway

Skimpy skimpy skimpy. As others have mentioned, they reeeeeally don't like to put toppings on the sub. This was my so-called "Veggie Delite" sub... Notably lacking veggies. I ordered cucumber and got 5 slices... on one half of the sub. Ordered olives and got a total of 10 olives. Ordered onion and got about 6 slices. And as you can see: the bread is visible through/around the skimpy toppings. Even the lettuce is sparse, and that's the cheap filler topping most subways load the subs up with! I bought 2 combos and paid $25 for this sad, lack of quality. I did raise the issue with them, but instead of offering to fix my order I was told by the manager: "My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines". So this is how they are trained. Terrible customer experience. Avoid this location. I won't be back.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible experience. I saw the younger staff making subs and thought this was going to be a great sub. Then the older man came and grunted at me. He was too busy watching the others to pay any attention to me. So skimpy on toppings. Had to ask for more with every item and got scowled at everytime. I mean come on...3 pickles, 3 cucumber slices, on a foot long??? Very miserable, unprofessional man that needs so rethink his choice of career. I will NEVER go back and recommend everyone go to a different store. There are plenty of others nearby.

I really want to talk to a person about this. Hopefully franchise owner will see this . I am disgusted by the service of your male staff member who wouldn’t give me his name when I said I had to complain after his poor hygiene. He didn’t wash hands before starting to make a sub after touching cash register , and refused to and only changed gloves reluctantly. Then he went ahead and touched all sorts of surfaces again in the back area ( check your cameras ) before coming back out and trying to touch the food.) Until I told him I could tell subway the time and place and they’d work out who he was. … then he gave me his name as NIL. I have been going here for years with my wife and family and friends but I will never go back again and I will tell everyone I know how awful this guy was. He laughed and said I have allergies and not to come to store again. I said it’s not allergies I’m worried about but It’s germs since it’s Covid times During 2022. He told me to never come back and didn’t even realize he was doing anything wrong. Absolutely awful survive. I threw the sub away after paying for it because I didn’t trust him. Please do something about this as you have a great company but this one person is ruining it. 0/10

They took away the 3 foot longs after 4pm for $24 special. I called 4 other subways in the area and they all offer the special! Won’t be going back there, not to mention they barely put any vegetables compared to other subways for the regular price of $35 with tax ( instead of the $24+ tax special everywhere else)

Unreal!!! I am so saddened someone can run a business this way. After questioning whether to add a review I then began to read the others. Clearly there is a pattern here at this location. Will never be going back. I barely got anything on my sub, my partner had to keep asking them to continually add more toppings as there were maybe 4 pickles and 5 olives on a FOOTLONG SUB! Absolutely rediculous. Not to mention they are not the friendliest either. Do not recommend and will never go back here. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!!!
