Gino's Pizza

Delivered two undercooked pizzas, raw dough, barely melted cheese. Called to let them know and give them a chance to make it right and they passed the phone around, I explained several times nicely, and then hung up on me. We’ve ordered many pizzas over 2 years here but unfortunately quality has gone down significantly and they just don’t care. Good thing there’s lots of choice in the city.

A box has never been more accurate. This pizza brings you back to pizza day in elementary school. Pepperoni is crisp and exactly the style we look for. Cheese had a nice funk to it.. maybe a parm blend? Sauce was adequate and crust was thick and normal. What brought this down 1 star was the service. Tried placing the order online and it said the store was temporarily close. Then called with mass confusion on their end. When we picked up, more confusion and poor attitude. Large pep after tax came to $11.30.

**Caution for gluten free orders** When ordering online, if you don’t choose a medium pizza it will still allow you to order the gf or cauliflower crust pizza, but when checking out it flips to regular. I didn’t realize until I got my pizza. I called to see if they could discount me on the proper pizza, and they wouldn’t give me any discount. In fact, the first person put me on hold and hung up. Gino’s pizza is delicious, but they need to do better when they’re online ordering doesn’t provide a warning, or simply disallow the option if the incorrect size is selected.

I did online pizza order for delivery. When I did not get pizza for 1 hour, I called the store to inquire about it. Store staff was super rude and completely ignored my concern that my order has not been delivered. Instead they keep suggesting I probably made a mistake ordering etc. I wanted order pizza again but I was just kept on hold for like 10 minutes. Totally unpleasant phone conversation. I have not seen such rude service ever. P.S. I never got my pizza.
