Red Lobster

Update...we went in right before this new Jan 2022 lockdown and had an amazing dinner. We shared appetizers: tuffed mushrooms and lobster bisque and main was the 3 types of shrims: alfredo pasta, coconut and waltz. So much food we could not finish it and really good. A beer and a white sangria to go with the food. Service was good as well. We ordered take out and it was the shrimp feast! And we ordered another plate of shrimps but they did not add it to the order. We called the restaurant after we finished eating and said we were not complaining but wanted to advise they missed one order of shrimps. I believe it was the manager who came to the phone and apologized. We reiterated we were not looking for anything but wanted to let them know as we order quite often and had never happened before. The manager apologized and sure enough sent us a card in the mail. That was surprising for sure and proof of excellent service. We will order soon again! Thank you for not dissappointing. The food...amazing as usual. By the way loved the new Thai shrimps. Our faves are the coconut ones!

First experience at Red Lobster: They have good customer service, but every time we need our waitress she was nowhere to be found. Assuming she was busy with her other tables because it was a Saturday night. The flavour of our meals were lacking a bit. My meal (lobster lover's dream) was very bland, and my pasta didn't have a lot of sauce (definitely not as creamy as the picture on their menu/online). Don't know if that's normal here. I also didn't receive my side of green beans, which was a bit unfortunate. The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits and lobster artichoke and seafood dip. For the starter (dip), they give you a small amount of dip and pico de gallo - with a ton of chips on the side. Just feel like this could be portioned out better. Overall experience, not great but also not horrible - just thought it'd be better since it is an expensive dinner.

Went there yesterday for lunch! We got the crispy shrimp kung pao and the crispy thai shrimp. The portion size was REALLY good, and the food itself was so hot and fresh! It was just amazing. Moreover, the service was SPECTACULAR! it does not get better than this. We were served by Wendy. She was friendly, funny, and SO kind! It almost felt like i was talking to a close friend. She checked up on us a lot, and was honestly so friendly and so nice i was blown away by the service. Just an amazing experience overall. We had a really really good time.

I have always loved this restaurant and my partner loves it now, too. Great food, good atmosphere, friendly and personable staff, and the amazing biscuits. We've started bringing the kids along as well and they can't wait to go back. There's a good kid's menu for the smaller children that still offers large portions for a good price.

My visit today with my children was perfect from stepping in the restaurant to leaving the restaurant. They are very family oriented. The staff is super friendly the food was perfect and it’s very clean. They never disappoint. I’m always happy eating here. Will be back. Thanks again for a wonderful lunch.
