In my search for the elusive sourdough bread bowl, I decided to go here and actually order it to be made. 5 small sourdough bread bowls only costed me $17. That's a pretty decent price. So I bought them. I just love sourdough bread! The staff were an absolute joy as they helped me. I also bought a chocolate chip scone and a blueberry lemon scone. Good food! Will go back for more!

People had been telling me about Breadsmith since I first moved to St. Louis. One of my neighbors brought a loaf of the chocolate chip pumpkin bread as a housewarming gift. I was in Chesterfield so it took me a while to finally get there but once I did I now go regularly. The service is wonderful and everything tastes great!

Wonderful establishment. Employees were patient, courteous & offered helpful suggestions. They have bread, coffee, cookies, rolls, etc. I was so excited to find cranberry, oatmeal cookies. Yummy!

We got some really delicious bread and cookies here recently! The staff was very warm and friendly during our visit. The selection was awesome, and it is a big plus to know they are connected to the community. They are on the end of a strip mall complex, which is a little tricky for parking, but they are right by a traffic light so it is easy to get back onto Manchester. Give it a try, I think you will enjoy it ;)

Oh my this place is amazing. Bought 5 loves specifically for my 90 year old Gramps who loves rye. We've tried various bakeries in IL and MO and Breadsmith was our top choice compared to others. The ryes, fruit, and sweet orange cranberry...all delightful. Was worried about having them sliced...thinking they'd dry out but they didn't. Great job Breadsmith!

This place is awesome! Great staff & service, with a good variety of baked goods created in a large hearthstone oven on premises. Breads & muffins are their specialty. Today I picked up pumpkin chocolate chip muffins & french peasant bread. Their apple pie bread is also a favorite- makes best ever french toast.

Best breads you will ever have. Try the seasonal chocolate chip pumpkin bread. WOW!!! If you like pumpkin this brings it to a whole new level. The rolls are amazing too. Best sourdough, best wheat, and on and on... Best quality.
