Domino's Pizza

I ordered pizza last night on the $6.99 2 topping special. 2 pizzas at $6.99 ea cost $29 delivered. One of my 2 toppings was extra cheese on both pizzas. Not only did they not have extra cheese, There was about a tablespoon of cheese on them. They were the worst pizzas I have ever had, no exaggeration. The gave me a coupon for a free pizza which I deleted. I will never order another pizza from them even if it is free.

Absolutely horrible service. I went in to pick up my order and two young girl employees looked at me and then just went back to talking. It got to the point where one of the cooks, clearly frustrated, made them come and help me. The girl had an attitude and acted like I was majorly incoveinencing her by making her simply grab my online order. I finally got home and realized that not only did they mess up my order they forgot all the sides I had ordered. I called back and the same girl picked up and was again extremely rude and not willing to help make things right. This was the worst experience I've had at a dominos, especially for something as simple as picking up an online order. I ended up having to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go back and fix the order and they refused to comp my meal. The manager wouldnt even come over and talk to me. By the time I got home all the food was cold and my guests and kids were extremely frustrated as well. I will never go to this location again and suggest this place be avoided. I'm not usually one to write a review like this, but as someone who works in the service industry I was in disbelief that a store could be so poorly run and feel the management/owners should be aware.

I wanted pizza quick that didn't cost $50, so I go to dominos. This place has similar quality food that I've gotten other places. A+ FOR BEING QUICK WITH HOT FRESH FOOD. The problem here was the server. The special I ordered comes with soda, and I added four sauces to my order online, before I got to the store. The soda and sauces were forgotten, and it took the server three trips back to get these items because something was forgotten each time. Be warned, check your order!

Ordered pizza for 17 coworkers lunch. The customer service Tommy gave was superb. He couldn't have been more polite, more professional, more precise. The pizza was ready on time & everyone loved it. I was so happy not to have to fork over $30+ for one large pizza at the other joints. Fantastic experience all around. I hope Domino's knows they have a real gem in Tommy.

Ordered online for in-store pickup on Friday. They were under staffed and pizza was ready 40 min after estimated time. They gave me the pizza for free because they needed all hands on deck. The fact that they understand customer service make me plan for another visit and make up for the free pizza. I really appreciate their work and wish them the best.
