Dunkin'

This is a terrible location. Its usually filthy inside and both the drivethru and inside lines are long for no reason. All the employees are teenagers who could care less about the quality of service and food. I have never seen an adult manager or owner on site. Save yourself the trouble and go up the road to Heavenly Donuts.

As someone who used to work at dunkins as a shift manager, it is never okay to complain about someone’s drink especially when they are in front of you!! I get it some people get some interesting combinations but a vanilla bean coolata with a pump of pink velvet swirl it’s pretty good, there is way worse drink combinations but don’t say “oh this is nasty” or this makes me sick making it, I’ve made coffees with 15 caramel swirl 10 creams and 15 melted equals, also matcha is more gross so just be mindful how would you like it if someone, complained about making ur drink? Was a lady who was complaining. I get it not everyone’s taste buds are the same, but the manager was rly understanding and nice on the phone, just be mindful of who’s around and what you say around them!

Some are nice but most employees are very rude. I went through the drive thru and got 2 cold brews a large iced coffee, and a breakfast sandwich. the total was 15.10 which i new wasnt right in the first place. I had a coupon that was buy one get one free cold brew. I gave it to the lady who was AWFUL and it took off 5 cents. At this point we were waiting for 10 minutes and I just told her to give me my coupon back and i would pay in full. I paid the full amount and she gave me 4 coffees (she charged me for all of them) and never gave me back my coupon. this. place. sucks.
