Normally not bad but haven't ordered in a while maybe a new cook but absolutely rank tonight everything went in bin

So the deals they have are fantastic and the inside is spotless however the haggis, sausage and fish were not the best chips and fritters were nice as was the curry sauce, not bad for a wee cheap week day dinner, this was the 12 inch munchy box

Flame grilled burger was ok, fritters were basically just creashy batter, king rib and donner meat was spicey horse meat a think, gaddzzzzzz never again

We placed an order of donner burger with no sauce however, when we opened the container box the burger came with sauce and on the website it is not specified what type of sauce is used! Since there was no specifics of what type of sauce was used my pregnant wife couldn’t eat the donner burger which looked disgusting and revolting! The same applies for the chips that came with the burger!!
The entire experience was ruined 0/10 stars!!

Ordered family meal, fish had been lying and was soggy, blck pudding had also been lying for a while, chips were not fresh either. Was charged 25p for salt and vinegar on every item which meant I paid an extra £1 for salt and vinegar. Meal was rotten and I won't be back!

Fish was ok but husbands spare rib was tough and chips were tasteless SO back to the Plaice to be when it reopens

Had food a few times and it been really gd, then I had a fish supper and the batter was far too thick which resulted in it being soggy and uncooked. Sorry to say I wont be going back.
