Pho 9

I've eaten her several times however I got my usual today and was disgusted to find a roach in my food. I'm so done with place. I can't unsee what I found. My friend who picked up the food returned it for me. Owner was polite about it but wanted to keep it on the hush hush. Sorry I have to share not right if i don't. Pics attached

I grew up in Viet Nam and i’ve lived in many states in the US and been to a lot of Pho places. This place is one of the best. The tastes of all the dishes are very authentic. The place is nice and clean. The people are nice. Service is outstanding. My only place from now while I’m stationed here at FtHood.

I enjoy coming here for lunch almost every week. I see the same faces, and those same faces see me, recognize me ,and always ask "How my school is going?". Family operated and for the business they get, And the small staff they have, they do a phenomenal job! Our waitress is always busy and still gets the job done when the dining room is packed! Food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, and well portioned! I've been going here for years! I wouldn't change a thing!

A good local Vietnamese food the noodle soup plates are good and big portions I could barely finish the small one. The waiter was very friendly and serviceable. The prices are very reasonable and the menu features many options with chicken, pork and beef with pictures of the plates that are very helpful because the Vietnamese names are complicated for most of us.

Really bad service, and vietnamese lady (probably owner) is so rude. Second time they was treated me like that. First time, I arrived on Thursday last week, I sat in and waited for a long time, about 15 minutes, then I was able to take the order, while I took the order, there were 2 tables behind me, new customers came in, after I finished to take the order, and then their turn. I waited for more than half an hour and still no food came out, I asked the waiter why I didn't have it while the 2 tables behind me came out first, only received the answer: "If the restaurant is crowded, you must wait and no excuse", I asked: "why did those 2 tables come after me but the food came out first", he replied: "wait, you asked too many questions". today, I went with my family to eat, the restaurant only had a few tables to have guests were sitting, not as crowded as last time, but there were 2 couples in the back, sitting at a table near the main door, they could take orders before us, I Asked the same restaurant owner, she said: "If the here is crowded, wait! , and what do you want", I got angry: just Thursday, last week, also asked to wait, same tone, now we were going in first, the restaurant was not crowded , service attitude does not respect customers, talk without nice with customers ". bad, very bad in customer service and so rude. I don't recommend people try in here.
