Pleace is right in town center, it has one view on a side street and another one on main street of the city centre
Coffe options are various and you can add cream and syrups on any of them

Always friendly staff and always busy. When visiting today there was a long queue and only one member of staff working. Young girl was rushing around like crazy trying to prepare orders for delivery drivers to take whilst also apologising to customers for the wait. We still had friendly service and great coffee. 5 Star :)

I love this Costa! Both the Irish gentleman and the blonde haired gentleman work so hard during recent times (Covid)
They always been so busy yet they provide an amazing service & you forget you’ve been waiting. Real credit to the company.
Also outside seating is lovely and away from main high street so a little privacy. Also love my morning treat here.

Great welcome from the guy behind counter. Took my order and prepared it with care. Plenty of tables available and they were regularly cleaned. No complaints. All good from me. Thanks Costa for a lovely mocha and toastie.

Nice location (town centre)
Can be crowded sometimes. Friendly staff and good service. I like how you can sit inside next to the window and have a good view of the shops (what's left of them anyway).
In the summer is nice to sit outside on their small terrace that they share with the next coffee shop.

Staff were helpful and chatty, the shop was clean and tidy, very warm which was lovely in this cold weather. Black Forest hot chocolate was delicious!
