Arby's

This location has always been trash... for many years.. out of roast beef at 5 P.M... or the quality of food and service is just flat out terrible. I gave them a chance every once in a while but I officially give up. 90 percent of the time the staff mean mugs you like you're their arch enemy... like they're a child that just got told that Santa wasn't real.. or you just had to flush their pet goldfish and it's your fault. I received an incorrect order yesterday but I didn't bother with complaining and just took it.. fearing retaliation from the salty crew and what they might do because of their mistakes/incompetence. Your best bet is to go a couple miles down the road to the Linden Ave. location. The quality of food and service is astonishing when compared to this location. I honestly can't believe that they have a 3 star rating. I'm shocked that they're still open after all these years of terrible operation.

Terrible customer service. We placed an order online and they said they didn't have it. We presented them with the receipt and confirmation number, verified we had the correct location, showed them we had paid, and the manager basically told us we were S.O.L. and would have to pay for the order again- in cash for some reason- and wait 4 to 5 days for a refund from corporate. Sounds pretty fishy to me, and now we're out $20 and have no lunch! Save your time and money, eat somewhere else!!!

Placed an online order and went to go pick up. Was told that they never received the order without even checking. Showed them my confirmation number and the charge through an email from my bank. Was told I needed to pay cash and that I needed to ask for a refund from customer service. As that is what their training told them to do. Left without even picking up the order of course. I'll never be back to this location again.

The worst Arby's experience ever. This place needs to be torn down. Worst fish sandwich ever, over fried, greasy, salad on a bun. Chicken sandwich over fried and disgusting. Sticky tables, stains on carpet, brass framed unleveled pictures, wobbly seating/benches, dirty windows....don't let the new Arby's commercials fool you. I felt like I just threw $20 on the ground.

Sometimes it's good but not this evening. Ordered sub got a very skimpy market fresh sandwich instead. Ordered a wrap it barley had anything on it. Frys weren't fresh. worker was eating frys while working and then chews on her finger nail while waiting to bag our food. So gross! Won't be going back there for a long while!

I stopped in for their Lenten Friday fish sandwich deal. The fish patties are shredded fish and not filets, so it's hard to know what is really in them. I tried both the regular and spicy versions. The regular sandwich was ok, and nothing special. The spicy version was the exact same sandwich with a few shakes of some spicy seasoning (thinking some cajun blend). Both had a huge blob of tartar sauce added which pretty much drowned the entire sandwich and just made for a sloppy mess. The sandwich were 2 for $6, which was about right given their quality (nothing impressive) but the kicker was the medium soft drink for $2.29. They're obviously padding the drink prices extremely heavily to cover the sandwich prices. It's food, but nothing to get excited about.
