Burger King

While others may have had different experiences, this is by far the best Burger King in the Dayton area that I have been to. Over the past couple weeks I have been on a "mission" to find the best Burger Kings around (check out my other reviews). In comparison to others, this one is the best. The several times I've been here, my food has always been hot, taste great, and employees have been decently friendly. The store is also very clean. The only problem is that they occasionally forget to throw ranch in the bag when I ask for it, but that is nothing to fret about. When my burger is juicy and they put the perfect amount of condiments on top, when my nuggets are hot and delicious, when my fries are steaming and crispy, I can not complain. 10/10 would recommend.

This Burger King has some serious issues. When I have tried to get breakfast at 6:30 am, about 75% of the time, no one will wait at the drive thru. I have just been ignored. No one even has the decency to say something. I understand if you are short staffed. At least say something! Also, just went to order the new Cheesy Melt breakfast...horrible!!!. They tell me they are out of eggs....after i have paid...really? The bread was not toasted. There was nothing melted about it. I am officially done with this location.

Went to this location with 2 adults and 4 kids. Expecting the order to take a while. We barely sat down and the order was ready. It was 100% correct. A lot of places make faces when you come in with 6 people, they were polite and did their jobs without making us feel like we were annoying them. Definitely better than a lot of places we eat at.

I’ve never in my life experienced as much rudeness as I did at this place yesterday. I guess that’s what ya get when you now have lazy people who want to get paid but really don’t want to work to get it. First, we had to repeat ourselves about eight times to the woman at the first window. When we pulled up she looked as though she hated her job 🤷‍♀️ And just gave us a nasty look like we were a burden to her. Instead of taking our money she just kept the window closed for about 4 minutes and one time opening the window to close it in our face. One of us had to be at work so it was becoming rude at this point. We drove to the second window. The boy had the nerve to snap and get rude with us. Personally, if I was the one holding the cash I wouldn’t have even handed him a dime and drove off. He made it appear like it was our faults and we should go around back to the first window. Even when we told him, no, the woman was rude and she never even took our money somehow he continued to be snippy at us. On top of it all, he walks off and heads towards the back and has the nerve to talk about us and we can hear him!!!! He is literally making fun of us for their own unprofessional behavior. The fact they had the nerve to talk rudely and make fun of their customers is so disrespectful.

Just went through the drive through and was told... we closed. It's funny. Nice new building and they are always sending people away.. sorry it will be about 30 minutes before we can take orders... come back 45 minutes later to be told the same thing again. Wow just amazing service every time we go there.. maybe hire a better staff???
