Terrible business management, worker giving out discounted prices/ free yogurt to select few based on what you age was, and how much of a mess you made at the topping bar, so ps don’t make a mess at the topping bar or you not getting that discount. This company is scamming others, the worker just wanted extra tips, he was racial motivated, as a black citizen I will not be ever disrespected by a 5 foot 4 white male, I am seriously set off by this and please don’t go there.

from what google says and what I remember, they close at 10:00pm. We showed up at 8:40 on a Saturday and the two kids closing had the doors locked and told us they had to close due to “having a lot to do”. Had a soaking wet floor from mopping early and sent away a family before us. All the topping spoons were put away as well and overall it was a super awkward and unprofessional experience. They said it was due to “Covid hours” but two weeks prior they were open until 10. Super uncomfortable experience.

Tasty, but so expensive. Would go more often if prices were cheaper but makes for a good once-and-a-while outing when you have the taste for some frozen yogurt with an expansive assortment of topping options. You can freely mix the flavors as you wish as the order is based off of weight, so that's cool. I don't like fruity flavored yogurt/ice cream in general, so I stick with basic flavors (chocolate, wedding cake), which kind of makes it not worth the money for me.

Honestly it was ok and I’ve had better. That’s just my opinion though. It had a different taste than most frozen yogurt I’ve tried (got the vanilla). I was upset that I couldn’t use more than 1 Groupon at a time (even though Groupon let’s you buy a set a 3). It was $18 for my son and I (Groupon knocked down $10)…didn’t even overload on toppings either because I didn’t know how they priced it.

Terrible customer service. Wife and I came in late Friday afternoon, and couldn't tell if they were even open for a minute or two. No customers and no one attending the counter. As we were leaving, young man came out from back room. Poor customer service, felt like we were bothering him. When I received my "berry blend" it was running down the outside of the cup. I politely pointed out the mishap he had handed me, and he informed me, rudely, that napkins were available at the other counter. I cleaned up the employee's spillage and informed him It was a good thing service and tip was collected upfront. I wont be back, and I hope to save a few others the trip. No value here.
