Store had everything I needed. But one younger heavy set guy maybe a manger or something was just going on and on raving about mask effectiveness. Could have done without that. Lady at the register very polite. Guy helping to load the truck very polite.

Here’s the thing - if you’re going to be a miserable, entitled customer who takes their problems out on everyone else, don’t whine in a review when someone doesn’t get pushed around by you. Be a decent, kind human being and you’ll have a great experience! Life’s tough enough so quit making your problems the employee’s problems.

Everyone is very helpful! I was proud to show off my completed home project to Brandon and Melissa.
They also recently had a grilling demo, and on top of feeding us lunch, answered all my spouse's questions about the combo grill/smokers.

The female manager in there needs a different job. She’s rude and snotty to both customers and her staff. Too bad, the woman who helped with the paint (Mary) was lovely. I would just go to a different Ace.
