10:53pm. if i could give it a zero i would i waited almost 30 minutes for one car to get two coffees and a frappe. the frappe should’ve taken 5 minutes maximum and the two coffee 2-3 minutes. if you’re going to work at a coffee stand maybe learn to be quick and efficient. for such a large company you would think they would hire people that could actually do their job. 100/10 do not recommend coming here.

Came in for a iced tea and ended up trying a new drink with berries and cream. Fantastic summer flavor! The girls there were great at helping me select the new drink.

Tried Hazelnut flavored Latte at this drive through location. Tastes really good. There is some wait always 3-4 cars ahead of us.

Bigfoot on 84th Ave in Kent WAS my coffee spot. I come here several times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. Recently I found that my hands down favorite drink (Vanille coldbrew with cold foam) will no longer be available at all. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Now I have to find somewhere else to get coffee and service that's close to home. Sincerely, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

The one on Central Ave in Kent is just ok. The problem I have is when you order a hot drink, it come out luke warm. When you order an iced drink, they fill the entire glass with ice so you only get a few sips. If you ask for light ice, they still fill it up at least 3/4 of the cup. Either way, hot or cold, it's always WAY too sweet. I need to stop going there because I am always disappointed. I miss the one in Feddi! They always got it right.

Unfortunately very disappointed with the service here. I visited from Canada and was excited to have one last Seattle experience before the drive home. 1st thing is they had 2 drive thru’s ? So my sister and I sat in line for 30+ mins. We get up to the window and the peeing was fine but then neither mine nor my sisters card worked at their machines ( which the barista said it had had issues with her past 3 cars ) As well as we had just gone shopping at winco and McDonald’s directly across the street so we know for a fact it wasn’t an our card issue. They had already handed us our coffees and all they said was “ I don’t know why it’s not working we know it’s not your card it’s our machine “ and they literally made us hand our coffees back. So we spent 30+ mins in a line up to then get asked to give back our iced coffee because they’re machine was not working. I don’t know if it’s anything like Canada but honestly I have never experienced anything like that being asked to hand back coffees because the company had issues. In Canada 1 it’s against the law to take back drinks once they exit the window not to mention anywhere I’ve been too if it’s a company issues they say “ our machine is down it’s on us today “ Anyways not the experience I expected

Super gross coffee. Very bland, milk tasted microwaved and it was just bad. 2 out of 10. And im a coffee drinker, I've bought a coffee on average twice a day for the last 8 years. Id suggest hiring someone who knows how to make a latte. Especially late night.

I’m not the one to usually leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. I live near this location so I always come to this one. The drinks here are alright but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I work in sales and so I try to to be nice and have a conversation with people but these girls are all so stuck up and just ignore me. They don’t even say hello, when I say thank you they ignore me, they don’t even say anything when I leave they just slam the window shut. I’ve never experienced such stuck up women in my life. They really need some serious training on basic customer service.
