Very delicious food for a small buffet. Went for the Saturday night crab leg buffet. Very tasty and top quality of snow logs that were steamed with a hint of cajun spices. A soft drink is included in the price. Boudin is execellent!!!

Thanksgiving buffet was excellent today. Their oyster dressing was excellent. Their Turkey was not only well seasoned but very tender.Their food was well prepared and had a freshness about it. Besides the traditional Thanksgiving fare there were many other dishes for people who so desired. Something for everyone.

Always good especially the fried chicken which has a light colored crust and is also juicy. The liver is always delicious and tender. A very good array of vegetables and main foods.. you can make a meal with just the salad fixings. It's also very well seasoned and no spicy flavors. My body can't tolerate spicy foods. Congrats to the chefs.

High prices but we'll worth it. I'm 53 and ate crab legs for the first time, I've tried them before and never liked them but Vistas was so good that I couldn't stop eating them, all of my family laughed at me because I went in saying I don't eat crab legs, I went out full of crab legs. Yummy.

Very nice servants and staff. The buffet was good but could be better. I been there before and the food was different.
For example the gumbo was just shrimp and a little okra, nothing else, and it tasted terrible. The chocolate covered strawberries was not pleasing, not fresh at all. What I enjoyed was the stuffed bell pepper, the bake chicken, the carrot souffle, and the mac and cheese. But....other than that I really liked my visit to the Vista Buffet.
