It is very bad service from the cashier He treats customers like junk ‏ when I make the order and I go for the window I gave him my card bank I want to pay when he gave me the card back He threw it on my face With the receipt for no reason he’s a lazy cashier it doesn’t give any service for the customer And sometime when I make the order he gave me old food

More deserving of 0 stars. The employees apparently don't understand how to operate the 2 lane system. Its pretty common to be sitting in line for several minutes because you chose the wrong lane. Happened once, so I drove to the window and told them no one was answering, after she took the order behind me she then took mine. I was told to pull up and waited another 10 minutes for my food because they "forgot" about me. Happened another time, where I waited 5 minutes, no answer. When I drove up to the window, I was ignored while the employee messed around with the headset trying to call the correct lane, I drove off. They repeatedly have severely long wait times for more than 5 or 6 customers. They get the order wrong too often, even when you're one of few customers. I even heard a manger yelling at an employee because she was telling people they didn't have any chicken nuggets. Poor management, poor training, poor food... Go to the one on Esplanade by the mall, it is FAR better.

Every night it’s the SAME thing! They make you pull up to the 2nd window to place your order! The male manager dose this all the time!! My wife & I recorded how long we sat in the line!!! Many cars pulled off! Their losing business! Taking short cuts to be lazy! I wanted to give them zero stars! I wish i knew a number to contact about this!!!
