Only one person working during lunch rush on a weekday. Seriously. Hire more people. Changed from a 3 star to a 2 star: I’ve watched half the customer base leave since I’ve been waiting. Seriously. Changed to 1 star: Not only was I waiting in line for 25 minutes with only a few people in front of me... but I was skipped in line multiple times because of online/mobile orders. Worker would touch the electronic point of sale machine with his gloves on, then got back to touching my food... I also notice the fan blades are caked with dust... With the restaurant in this condition, it's clear to me they don't care. I won't be returning.

Once again a visit to a Subway sandwich shop was just like most all the others I've made. So this shop I Kenmore, WA earns a solid three stars.
I begin all my ratings at three stars and adjust from there. Three stars indicates my expectations were met, and the business delivered what I have come to expect from a Subway shop.
Had I been disappointed in some way with the food or service a star or possibly two, if a truly egregious error had occured, would have been lost.
If I had been pleasantly surprised in some way I would have added a star. If by some chance something extraordinary we're to take place, and I should be absolutely delighted with everything about the visit, I would have to award five stars.
As you can see, five star reviews from me are not common.

Constantly shifting hours. And not only that when I went in at 15 minutes before close the guy working there was already counting the drawer and told me they were closed.

The subway girl Amber doesn't seem to be happy with her job as a sandwich artist, she doesn't like this job. Always yelling, I tipped her last time but today didn't tipped her due to her yelling at me. Ask her tge restroom code and she yelled at me, saying - 3--9--9--6, God shes doesn't seem normal but cracked. She needs mental treatment. I ordered a footlong Flatbread and she took out 2 6 inch, I told her to replace that with a footlong. She yelled at me saying eventually all ftlong shall be cut in half and throw those away at garbage and took out a filing. This girl needs a psychiatrist for mental treatment. GET WELL SOON AMBER
