Panera Bread

Not one thing about the order was correct, asked the staff several times as they were clearly struggling with it, completely normal order off their menu no changes to the items. We ordered two wraps and two breakfast sandwiches, each completely wrong and one had the wrapper inside the sandwich...see the photos. Credit/debit card machine didn't work or staff were unsure of how to use it, coffee size and creamer weren't right. Very disappointing, will be returning the sandwich with disgusting wrapper back to you. Will not be a place we return too and definitely don't recommend.

Stuck in the drive thru for an hour, they did not give me my whole order, they missed my dessert, did not remember to give me my drink and did not finish making the pizza or my sandwich correctly after the entire hour in line. The chipotle chicken & bacon pizza is missing cilantro and chipotle. The sandwich is missing the pickles. I’m disappointed and upset at this point. I would’ve given 0 stars if I could

First, cashier extremely slow and tedious. Unprofessional manager standing around. The lobby was a mess. Not to mention the food prep area. After waiting for my unsanitized pager to buzz for over 15 minutes, I went to check on my order. I saw half of my order I’m sitting on the counter, and no one would help me. So I went back and sat down, after waiting another 10 minutes my buzzer buzzes. Now this puny looking salad is sitting next to the other now cold half of my order. Took one bite and demanded my money back. (I was the third to do so during my visit) staff was short, rude, frazzled and dis-organized. A bad example of Panera company. Poor training is obvious.

Employees with long hair did not have their hair tied back, however they were preparing food. YUCK! As someone who works in food service I find this unbelievable. There straw holders were out of straws, which was totally fine. I came up to the register area and waited for awhile while two employees ignored me while staring at me and were just talking amongst themselves. Almost all of the tables were covered in food, and needed to be cleaned. Also, the area were you set your dishes when you are done was piled up so high that no more dishes could be set there. My biggest complaint is that I made substitutions on my sandwich because I am allergic to one of the ingredients. My substitutions were not followed. We asked them to re-make it and we’re given attitude by the employees, and we waited over twenty-five minutes just to be told it hadn’t even been started. My soup was delicious, however that is not enough to make up for this horrible experience. After waiting an hour in total just for my food to be made correctly, I will not be coming back here. I am so sad! Panera bread is one of my favorite places. Corporate really needs to step in here! There were multiple other customers who had issues here as well just in the time I was here. Bathrooms are also disgusting and need a severe cleaning. I’m so disappointed. They literally had seven staff here and we still received poor food and service.

The service is very unprofessional. Before ordering, an employee was working with the money in the only til after we stepped up to order. They did not say sorry or exchange any courtesy before leaving. Also the employee looked to be in street clothes and was having another conversation with an employee behind the counter. When taking our order with a different employee they seemed very unfocused asking the same question multiple times. Trying to find a seat was very hard. There are hardly any table that look to be clean. I have been waiting almost an hour for my order and have not seen one employee wash empty tables. There has been yelling and very obvious arguing from the kitchen while sitting at the other end of the building. I also over heard an employee taking with a customer about how it’s great the customer was waiting a half an hour and not a full hour. With the restaurant being less than half full I don’t think half an hour is necessary. When bringing the empty plates to the trash, there was no room to put the dirty dishes because the dirty dishes were stacked so high.

So very disappointed. 2 of us each ordered 1/2 sandwich and CUP of soup. That was it..only extra was The cup of tea for 2.59. The total for the order was $27.85. The wait was 40 minutes after we placed our order. Zero customer Service. Person taking our order was nice but that was the end. Absolutely will not return.

I ordered 3 bread bowl soups and 2 sandwiches I got 3 bread bowls but only the soup for 2 of them. So I ordered the soup and sandwich again with my door dash credit. I finally got my soup but my bacon turkey sandwich came with a sticker label attached to the cheese under the bread that said prepped steak. It's not even a steak sandwich. I don't recommend getting food here. How does this even happen? Also the sticker is for expired steak. 4-8-22. Today is 4-12-22

I was stuck in their drive thru for over an hour today (curbs didn't allow me to give up & leave). When I asked about cookies the employee was irritated they had to walk over & look. They didn't give me silverware, forgot my cookies, & gave me the wrong side. I thought maybe it was short staffed, but looking inside I counted at least 8 employees in the back alone. Get it together Panera. The food is usually good, but too expensive to come with terrible service.
