Wendy's

The service is becoming increasingly horrible at these restaurants in the legends area. Today I ordered 3 4x4 and 1 biggie bag in my order. Instead I received 4 - 4x4 instead with half of the burgers missing condiments and or the veggies they are supposed to come with and no sauces for the nuggets even tho they asked me what sauces I wanted. Very disappointed to say the least. I wish people took more pride in their jobs and making sure orders were correct and complete.

7/3/22 I know this location is horribly understaffed and that is not the fault of the remaining employees. My problem is that the app and Google listing always say that dine in and carryout are available, but most of the time they are not. I placed a mobile order for carry out and we ended up having to wait in the drive through line for 25 minutes. So the food is cold by the time we pick it up. Again, I know the line is slow because there's basically nobody working. I just wish the app/Google was correct because then I could choose not to place an order, or wait in line to order so my food would be fresh

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Placed an order last week on my lunch break thru the app for curbside pickup. Waited in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes with nobody in the drive thru. Charged my card, nobody ever came out to give me my order or even say anything. Submitted a survey and even a complaint on the Wendy's website, still have not had anyone reach out to me via phone or email. Still haven't been refunded my money. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
