Absolutely loved this place! The food was great! Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared. Very attentive service. Would enjoy to come back to try more delicious stuff from the menu.

Small plates place with great drinks and lots of creative menu options. I had a beet cocktail that was outstanding! Menu highlights were the bass dish, and the curry aioli for the fries. The mushroom dish was great in concept but the mushrooms weren't cooked quite enough.
Service was extremely attentive and friendly.
Would definitely make another visit!

Really disappointed. Food, drinks and service all sub par. Really liked the decor. Sent back the first drink I ordered, a Paloma. 2nd drink unique and good. Really liked my cab. Waitress was attentive but each drink order took 10 min., and she didn’t have any good recommendations for picks of apps or meals. Tamales weren’t good and had a foul smell. My duck was OK and the gnocchi was super salty. Husbands steak had too much going on and couldn’t taste the steak flavor. The corn that came with it was a joke and our waitress said the same and spoke to the fact that the chef wouldn’t listen to her feedback to change the prep of the corn. Sorry to say, Won’t be back.

Our server was spectacular. I didn't catch him name, but he was everything you want in a service experience and more. He also handled our very large party with ease. The food and drinks were great, but our server was the best part. Memorable.

Quite probably the best Old Fashioned in Kansas City! The food is delicious (you have to get the shrimp,) and the staff is great. It's one of my favorite places to visit.

Great relaxing atmosphere. Came here for a quick happy hour with a friend. Pakoras were delicious and the wine was very good. I will definitely be coming back with my husband for a date night.

Sarah our server was beyond professional and accommodating. The food at Voltaire is the best in Kansas City. Very upscale feel, but not pretentious at all. Patrons, hosts, bartenders, chefs, cooks, are all down to earth. Excellent.

The employees we’re so amazing kind and quick! The sound system was amazing and neat! The espresso martini was also splendid! Not too crowded and quick seating! Will definitely be coming back!
