Panera Bread

We ordered ahead for pick up. When we got home with our order there were a couple of errors. Mistakes happen, we are all human, I appreciate how quickly they fixed things and having choices for the resolution. I was able to call and was given two options to get it resolved. Both were more than acceptable and the staff were polite and apologetic. They let me select what was best for us and were very helpful in getting things resolved.

I placed an order online- steel cut oats with strawberries & pecans sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. It was sooo good! I arrived at the drive thru window, and requested to pick up my order there. The employee said I had to come in to the pick up area. I was in a hurry, and it would’ve been great if I didn’t have to go inside- but the food was worth it.

I arrived at Panera on Stateline and was greeted by the biggest ray of sunshine , AKA Stephanie Banks. I wasn’t having the best day but she helped to change that with her warm smile and great customer service. She offered me kind words and a hot cup of coffee which really helped to turn my day around to a more positive note. Stephanie needs to teach all people what great customer service looks like! Thank you again Stephanie!!!

The most exciting thing about this Panera is you don't know what might be missing from your order. Is it the mayo on your sandwich, or perhaps you're missing the dressing for your salad, maybe they added chicken to an otherwise vegetarian dish? Today I was disappointed to find that my parfait was missing the crunchy granola goodness and most of the yogurt. Panera, I appreciate your tests to make sure that I'm paying attention but it's far too early and I work too long of hours for these antics. Can I offer a truce? The staff however is always very kind and quick to remedy any mistakes. I write this review as a heads up to everyone to double check your order before you leave the area so you can catch any mistakes before you get back home.
