Great food and great price. Never had an issue here in the years I’ve been going. Sad to say they are closing after 17 years.

I had to hibachi first and it was absolutely the best I have ever had hands down. I went for a second plate of buffet food and I was so let down when I tasted the food after having the hibachi. The hibachi set a really high bar for the rest of the food and it was really a bummer to find out the buffet food wasn't very good. I would definitely come back just it would be just for the hibachi.

We arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Couple of items were cooled off by the time I sat down. I question whether they were old or not kept at the proper temperature. I've had buffets with more choices available. They had some very large prawn that was delicious. We'll go back but not our favorite Chinese buffet.

Probably the best tasting Chinese buffet we have had. The Mongolian grill was great. All the meats looked fresh. I went with the beef and veggies and noodles. Everything on the buffet had great flavor. The waitress also did a great job keeping our Teas full.

All around, good experience. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The price point is also on point. You may find the sauces for the Mongolian grill a bit of a challenge. They have names but no indication of how spicy they are or how much you should put on your food. So, you may have to eat here a few times to figure it out. The soups were my favorite part!

I do like this buffet, yet you are best served to go when it's busier as the food is a bit more fresh as it's consumed and replaced quicker. They are always super kind and quick to remove plates and refill drinks.
It's a buffet so you can expect it to be a little less clean than a made to order establishment.

Hongs Buffet with my sis today around 2 pm, food was plentiful, fresh, tasted great. general taos, sweet and spur, crab ragoon, shrimp egg drop soup. all good!

Thank you for making our trip to Kansas City so special. The food was brilliant. The chef was outstanding, fun to watch, absolutely delicious food. We are coming back to Kansas City for your grill.

Nice family restaurant that kept their food fresh and their place clean. The food has good taste and the workers are very friendly. For a buffet, it's really a nice place to eat.

Nice servers, we were able to get seated quickly. The food was good. Some items weren't the freshest, but the ones that were, were definitely delicious. I had not been here in years and tried it again and it was really good. The hibachi selection has a lot of good choices. I like the fresh ingredients and the choices of your sauce is really nice. They have quite a few selections on the sauce for hibachi which is greatly appreciated!
