Good chance this is the worst Tim’s in Canada. Small location so they don’t have a full menu and still can’t get it right. Coffee is basically water and they need to be “trained” to make a bagel.

Staff were friendly, but seriously lack quality control of the orders received from the drive thru. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. I hope this is a training issue and not an employee lack of knowledge to get it right.

Typical Tim Hortons.
Food is average, coffee is what your expect from. Tim Hortons. The donuts are the same garbage donuts they have had since Burgerking bought them out.

Drive through has items on its billboard that they do not have, why? Very frustrating when you are told that the item you asked for (because you see it on the billboard) is not sold there for the third time in a row. How lazy must management be to not remove items from your board that you plan to never sell?
Then the order is messed up. Wrong items, subpar quality of the drinks they did get right (poor equipment?), and just a low effort of service all around.
I would of driven back and gone full Karen mode but we where too far down the road when we realized how messed up our order was. Thus this review.
P.S. the apple fritter was just fine.

The individual frequently working is always over worked. Always alone, rarely friendly. I waited 10-15 minutes for a coffee while she served everyone in drive thru before the ones standing in line. Mind you it’s a gas station, not much space so they should prioritize in store guests.

Prime location for business and you only carry bagels and Timbits? I’ve been disappointed and hungry a couple of times after driving through only to find out they don’t offer basic Tim Hortons delicacy. No iced coffee at this location. Iced Capp is the only cold beverage.
2 Stars because for those hungry days.
