DISGUSTING!!!! I have no clue why this place has so many 5 star reviews. It's a sunday afternoon and the store was completely EMPTY. The food is absolutely gross. It taste is horrible and old. I couldn't finish my plate. What a horrible experience. The way the guy cut the chicken is so unprofessional. Tiny tiny pieces that look like shredded chicken. Full of fat and grease. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The employee sees me entering the store and doesn't say hi, his mask was under his nose. And when we left, he didn't ask "how was the food, or bye"

Very impressed with the quality of ingredients. The meat was also delicious and moist. Ordered a beef and a chicken wrap and we thought both were fantastic. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back.

This is a chicken shawarma plate that they charge over $20 after taxes. I took this picture right after I opened it without touching anything. The amount of greed from people work at this place is unreal.

Awesome shawarma!
I had an great mixed shawarma, and the garlic potatoes are top notch.
Guys behind the counter are super friendly. The restaurant is super clean and well decorated; Great ambiance (and music).
Really really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back.

Genuinely disappointed. Beef is dry and room temperature, same with the rice. Potatoes are the only good thing and even they are mediocre.
Pricing is higher than most shawarma spots, & portions are smaller. Not to mention the food is worse.

The chicken in the shawarma was juicy and seasoned well. You can customize the contents of the sandwich and can even add potatoes/fries upon request. The restaurant was clean with friendly staff.

My first good shawarma since 2014. I have tried and been disappointed with every shawarma I had between then and now. My wife told me to give up, stop trying to find good shawarma. But I knew I had to be true to my heart and myself and never give up on my quest. I have found the holy grail of shawarma that is Shawarma Master. I was floored by the deliciousness of their large beef shawarma with the works. When I saw they had pickled cabbage, pickled cucumbers, and pickled turnip, I knew it could deliver. Expertly constructed as the first bite was packed with all of the flavours that I craved. Great structural integrity as well. Will be back next time I am in the Greater Ottawa Area.
