Downloaded the app created an account and placed an order .. I was really upset and having a bad day .did not want to talk to anyone .. when I got through the line and up to the window they said the server was down and my order didn't come through.. even though I had already been charged for it . So I had to replace my order pay again and wait even longer to get my food. That was mildly fresh to say the least. I was refunded the cost of my first order without having to take any more extra steps ... not really convenient if the order never arrives

Needs a new GM. You can overhear that woman berating and disrespecting her employees from the lobby. Felt awkward eating inside because of it. The employees always look stressed out and short handed. Food is decent but could probably be made better with more people on staff and proper training. Staff are people too and deserve to be treated with respect. GM should be replaced since she doesn't seem to value or care about the people working there. Sticking to drive through because of this.
