Pretzels are ok. Customer service is terrible. Young woman working the counter was extremely rude and the older woman (I think the owner) was no better. There’s a reason this mall is dying and these two employees are an example of the reason. I’ve been going here for years but will never again.

I have been going to Pretzel maker for 23 years. They have great food and the service is awesome. I love their Strawberry bonanza drink. The pretzels are all good👍

Pretzelmaker has some really amazing pretzels that are cut their right in front of you they taste just amazing and are soft and their cheese sides really great they are rather expensive but if you get the app and save points it's usually worth it because you can get some freebies sometimes.

My family and I just stopped in to get fruit smoothies there as we always do every time we go in, and the younger girl working the register this afternoon treated my husband with utter disrespect.
