Panera Bread

Yucky! I usually love me a Panera bread, especially after a long day on the road traveling, the iced lemonades mmmm. HOWEVER... the meditarían veggie sandwich is ruined. There is now super spicy YUCKY BLUCKY stuff in it, with no warning. I spent $$$$ to buy a horrid sandwich. The smoothie we got was alright, but the sandwich is the reason for the 3 stars, actually sandwich alone 1 star! But they were kind, and efficient in brining us food in the busy drive thru. Good service, bad spice.

Ordered on-line for pick up at 7:15 am, got the store at 7:20 and all door were locked, knocked to see if there was anyone there and no response and garbage bins in the drive-thru. I left and when I called for refund I started to get lip about how the cafe was open and then they finally agree to refund. I gave them 2 stars for at least having someone answer the phone, which is more than I can say for others in the area

Literally THE. WORST. customer service. NEVER ONCE, since they have opened, have they gotten our order correct. If I could put zero stars I would. Mind you, I have been to several other Panera Breads and have LOVED them so this review is specific to this store only. Had bad experience where they got the order wrong for the 100th time. "Shift manager" swore at me when I asked her to check my receipt to make sure I hadn't already paid for the item they forgot and were wanting me to pay for again. My bad for declining copy of receipt at time of purchase. They gave me the $6+ bowl of chicken broth (I ordered chicken noodle soup for my child but there was NOTHING in it). Of course the "shift manager" denied swearing at me but I heard her clear as day. She probably should have made sure the window had closed before calling me a b!@#$. Reported it to corporate. They could care less. I will never give them my business again.

I have gone to this restaurant multiple times. Usually loved it. Last two times I was missing items out of my order. First time they forgot our cookies. This time I ordered extra Brownie’s they forgot to put them in again. I checked my order after I left the drive thru thank heavens. Had to go in and show them my receipt and get my brownies!

The past two days I have gone to this Panera! Phenomenal service! There is always someone cleaning and wiping the tables frequently. They even made me a hot tea and brought it to my table. They also brought my bakery goods to the table as well. Everyone is friendly and provides great customer service! The pumpkin muffin was delicious! It had the perfect moist and the taste was scrumptious. The plain bagels had the right chew for my liking. The hot tea was hot enough and delicious! The tomato soup was the right temperature and yummy! I would highly recommend this Panera and thank you!
