Geste Shrimp

Ate here when we landed and before we left! Love this place so much, definitely the best shrimp we’ve had on Maui and Oahu and worth the stop! Got the Hawaiian and Spicy Pineapple shrimp, both are fantastic! Great portions, great flavor and I love the crab Mac salad’s subtle flavor, it’s not too overwhelming, creamy or heavy. This is cash only, and there is not ATM on site, but there are gas stations and stores around you can stop at on your way. This is also a food truck park, but it’s set up well, always have tables available, covered seating and I love all the chickens running around!

This place was recommended in several YouTube videos! And trust me they are not wrong. Absolutely loved the Shrimps! Never tasted Shrimps so fresh and tasty. I went there several times in my single trip to Maui. We tried Hot & Spicy Shrimp plate which comes with sides of steamed rice and crab salad, Spicy Pineapple Pupus and Pepper Lemon Shrimp plate. Definitely recommend this food truck for some juicy shrimps….CASH ONLY

Tried the hot & spicy and asked for extra spice. $18/plate and it’s cash only. $2/ea for additional shrimp. Pretty decent flavor and better priced than some of the trucks I tried and also given larger portion of shrimp (12). Was not a fan of the imitation crab mac salad. The shells are kept on so kind of a messy meal — would be better if shrimp were peeled to better absorb the sauce/spices.

I order the combo plate which included 8 shrimps and hot dogs. The shrimp was really good and I usually hate peeling shrimp but I made the exception this time and was totally worth it. The hot dogs though I could have done without. Tastes like the typically Costco hot dogs which was coincidentally across the street. The crab Mac salad was great too!
