Ihop

Served food without silverware. I waited while my grandson was happy to eat his silver dollar pancakes with his hands. Manager (is 4 feet away) chatting with next table. I sat waiting with full plate, he never noticed and ignored me as I tried to call to him when he walked off. Waiting more, 2nd server was next to me with another customer, I asked her for silverware. She snapped back, "She's getting it for you!". I wait while she finishes with customer, then goes to register to do some work. So OK, I'm clearly not going to get silverware. I'm getting up, going to front to get it myself and 2nd server yells to me, we ran out of silverware then brings 2 magic forks and knives from in front of her. Omelette was dry, hollandaise sauce, which I love, was pasty and flavorless, I had to scrape it off. Not getting silverware isn't a deal breaker but the follow up was irresponsible and lying about it, insulting. From the Manager down, basic hospitality goes a long way.
