If I wrote this review in 2016 it would have been 5 stars and fantastic but they keep dropping the size of the burger. I don't understand this you had the best burger in Redondo. I don't care what it costs if it's a 20 dollar burger it's a 20 dollar burger just change it back to the original size and recipe.

Just waited 21 minutes for Pollo bites and mashed potatoes & gravy. Got all mashed and no gravy. No napkins, there’s a roll of toilet paper sitting there instead

Everything is really good here but they could do better on presentation, I got the tostones and they were swimming in grease and the topping was everywhere so they were soggy and gross. Also very bland!

Great service and food tastes great yet what I ordered seemed big yet was small chicken Patty's great taste though. The side of fried yucca was delicious just right.

I usually go to this place food chain restaurant and They are ok. However, this one I went has the worst customer service. Will definitely never go to that particular one again. They are in deep need of people skills. What a shame.

They do not know how to handle their lobby orders so people arent waiting for 40mins in there. People were gettn so upset and the rest of the team including the manager on duty only cared about the drive-thru.

We love the food here but the service does need improvement. The drive thru line was down the street on a Wednesday at 6:45 pm and moved slowly, so I went inside to order, but that wasn't much quicker and the guy taking my order couldn't hear me thru the plexiglass installed for Covid so I had to repeat everything 3 times. He got the order right, but then the kitchen screwed it up. Maybe avoid lunch and dinner hours if you're in a hurry.
