The ice coffee and breakfast sandwich were great. The wait in line was long today. Not typical for this location. They have always served great coffee and food. And, in the past, the line moved very quickly. I did see some new faces in the store today. Hopefully they will soon get back to their quick, friendly, and great service.

Service from 150359 DT made 3 different types of drinks made and did a terrific job tattoo's on his arms with blonde hair very nice didn't waste any time or any space within the cups 7:30 pm sun Jun 19 he was working the window

Great service, super quick, very consistent.
Coming from a place where Dunkin doesn't exist, this is by far my favorite location to come to. I'm usually there every day I come to visit, and always appreciate how quickly I can get in and out.

The line is behind the building so you don't know how busy they are until it's too late. Overall the line moves fast. Employees are friendly enough. America runs on dunkin!

When you pay extra for oatmilk and it comes out like this.... rip off. If I asked for cream this would be creamy.

Nothing Google to say about this place ,where do I start ,only teenagers work here ,and not the good ones ,at 11 am you can't find donughts,they always get your order wrong, they even can tell you that certain donuts 🍩 doesn't exist ,like chocolate frosted cake ,this kid told me ,we never had them ,anyway haven't had any good experience on this place since they opened ,the best place around here is the one on shorewood .

Coffee was great but just long lanes.. but if coffee is great then it's to be expected. Especially on pre-orders select inside pick up to save the long lines

The prices have really been on the rise, but service is usually quick and they have an option to add an espresso shot which I really like.
