Bonefish Grill

Excellent service and food! The Caesar salad was exceptional!! I know, its not just another Caesar salad from another restaurant. The dressing was delicious and so well balanced. It wasn't tangy, which is probably why I liked it so much! Our entrees were the Bonefish Signature Pasta and the scallops and shrimp speciality. Both were delicious! They grilled the shrimp and had a charred spicy flavor. So good! Large portions served. Again, super good service, very pleasant wait staff. Highly recommend any of these dishes and this restaurant at this location!

Had an amazing experience here. Our waiter Abraham was on top of things and filled every need we had without us having to ever ask. The entire staff was welcoming and speedy. Abraham needs a raise!❤ At the end of the meal they surprised us with a free slice of cheese cake when they heard we were celebrating our 6 month anniversary. The food was amazing! The bang bang shrimp was phenomenal and I look forward to going back again soon! Greatness all around.

Long story short: much credit to their staff and management for doing all they could do turn around an evening with a poor start. We were here on Valentine's evening with 7:00 reservations. Arriving at 6:55, we found a mass of people waiting to be seated and a packed restaurant. The hostess told us there would be a 25 minute wait on our reservation, which was a poor was to start a Valentine's date and defeats the purpose of making a reservation weeks ago. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked for a manager and explained my frustrations about the situation. Immediately, she (Nikki) offered to comp our entire evening. I was surprised but admired her decisiveness and speed in trying to take care of the customers. She was very apologetic and kind. We lucked out and snagged seats at the bar and ordered drinks (smoked old fashioned and winter cosmo). They came around 7:25, which is when we were seated. During dinner, our waiter Jaren was attentive but not obtrusive. He took great care of us and gave helpful suggestions on the meal. The food took a while, but that was to be expected given how busy the restaurant was (and they were packed). We loved the calamari, and the flavor of the imperial cod was phenomenal. The filet was cooked perfectly medium, and it was delicious. Nikki followed through with her offer and comped the evening. We still tipped Jaren, since he did a great job. Ultimately I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Nikki and Jaren to make us (and my girlfriend especially) feel welcomed and taken care of on a special Valentine's evening.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF KIDS MEAL CHICKEN FINGERS!!! This is our daughters dinner that we took home to let her eat it the next day and this is what we found. Raw uncooked chicken!!! Coming from an expensive and well known place… I’m very disappointed to say the least. This is very concerning that they would give kids this to eat! When I called to talk to the manager he was very nice and very apologetic. But I don’t think I will be eating here anytime soon again. This meal wasn’t cheap as well and this is the kid of service that we got. Maybe it’s time to clean house in the back and get new chefs? I’m not sure. But this is not ok.

Went there on Easter. We had a reservation and the service was very good. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but the shrimp that came with the steak and the salmon on the pasta WAS TOO SPICY!! If we wanted the burn, we could've gone to a Mexican restaurant or added our own pepper. More flavor please and less heat!!

I usually like supporting small locally owned restaurants. However, when I visit a chain this is my favorite. Always solid service. Food is always delicious. Bang Bang Shrimp is addictive. And tonight's dessert...chocolate lava cake was epic! Make a reservation because their is always a 45- 60 wait otherwise. See you next time!

Food was good. Bang bang shrimp appetizer was alright. Son had filet with crab cakes. Steak was perfect. Mom had a great pasta dish with shrimp and scallops. I had the swordfish special, and it was wonderful. I was disappointed in my drink (mule) and the green beans. Service was great. Restaurant was very crowded.
