I first want to start by saying it is very generous to give this place one star. The amount of ignorance and rudeness in one place is absolutely unbelievable. This place does not has a drop of good customer service. The African American guy who gave me my order was rude. I would not let this guy work at the bottom of the barrel place yet alone a spot that makes food. How do you mess up a simple thing like a sandwich and not replace it for a customer? I do not do reviews that much but this was so bad i just had to take time out of my busy day and do it! Go to a way better place like Jersey Mike's or McCallister's deli. I would rather starve then go to this place Thank God I can dispute it with my bank...your L

TL,DR: SLOW SERVICE with every delivery order, regardless of day or time. Will not notify you if they cannot deliver your sandwich, will just leave you paid and waiting. This store will take an hour to deliver a sandwich and not let you know there will be a delay. If you call to check on your food they tell you that you can come get it yourself. I order Jimmy Johns because I know it will be fast and I am a busy gal - but waiting on Jimmy Johns from this location has often made me late. I will not order from here again.

If you treat anyone like that again, you will soon be out of business. It’s okay that only your drive thru is open, but it’s not okay to yell and berate us three times that we can’t walk up to the window. How else are we supposed to pick up our online order when the door is locked? Oh and then say have a nice day….it’s too late for that.

I'd give this less than a one star, if I could. Worst Jimmy John's experience ever. We went through the drive-through, talked to what sounded like three different employees who clearly weren't paying attention. We were told they were out of Italian bread. Fine, that happens, so we ordered wheat. We left and discovered one of the sandwiches was an Unwich, which we never order. Turned around and drove back. I went inside and explained. The employee was rude and short with me, as if I had made the mistake. And what do I see on the racks? Pans of Italian bread. If it was in the oven and it would be a few minutes wait, just say that and let us decide. Because the wheat is not great. If you're saving it for tomorrow because it's almost closing time, well that's just bad service. Don't worry, we won't be back.

Seriously WORST service I have ever received! It takes over an hour almost every time and all they ever say is there's nothing they can do about it! Today when I placed my order at 1:30pm and just now got my sandwich at 2:46pm!!! I called at 2:18pm and they said my sandwich was out with the driver so that means my sub sat in here car for almost 30 mins! When I told the Manager I wanted a new sub I was told he was sorry and there's nothing that they can do!!!!!! I normally do not write reviews but this is insane to me.
