Our server Carrie was absolutely amazing - one of the best I’ve ever had ever. And Shane as well, I went to the bar to eyeball the draft beers, he came up and described all the beers, and paired me with the 515 brewing seasonal, it was great. Don’t even get me started on the sushi, 3 of us tried the biggest platter and finished it all. 5 stars isn’t enough, keep it up Wasabi Johnston🙏

Absolutely gorgeous indoor setting. They also have an outdoor dining area as well. I ordered the Sashimi Dinner and it was delightful! And customer service was absolutely amazing. Quick and friendly. Definitely going back for more!

New favorite sushi place! The rock n roll is PHENOMENAL! Drink prices are a bit stiff, but everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Shrimp rangoons as opposed to crab rangoons, surprisingly I think I like them better

Came to Wasabi Johnston to have dinner with family and had an amazing experience! Food was delicious.
Shout out to our server Joy with cute heart glasses who was really a joy for us - did a phenomenal job accommodating our needs. Food came out really quickly and she made sure everything was alright. Even did frequent water runs! Thank you Joy!

Stopped in the Des Moines area for lunch. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I wasn’t expecting something this good. Ramen was just as good as in Tokyo. Sushi was wonderful as well. Service fantastic and the ambiance / decoration were on point creating a real relaxing atmosphere.

Best restaurant experience I've ever had! Everything that touched the table was delicious and the service was somehow even better! Carrie and Shane took extra good care of us, 10/10 would recommend
