I asked for cheese on two chicken sandwiches, paid the extra, didn't get it. My chicken sandwich was very dry. The drive thru person was rude. Requested no tarter sauce on fish filet... It had tarter sauce. Cook didn't pay attention to the order!

This is not a 24hr location - 1377 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI - I went there at 12:15am. Confirmed via website, and signs entering into the parking lot. The digital one states inside open 6am-10pm, but the drive thru is open late. No times given. When I went to get in line I was told that they were closed and no longer serving. All the lights were on and they were still answering the drive thru speakers right away. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

I just left McDonald’s in Johnston on Atwood ave. I ordered a qtr pounder deluxe meal I get home open it it’s chicken no hamburger????? So I had to drive all the way back now to fix my sandwich the manager was rude and ignorant she even slammed the drive thru door n my face after handing me my sandwich!!! Ummm I know the difference between a hamburger and chicken if the person making the food don’t they should be fired. Now Because of this I’m late for work smh

Long wait but they were understaffed
I would have suggested closing the inside to get the drive thru cleared. They were slammed. It took 30 min to get my kid a happy meal that was made wrong.

Drive thru is always ridiculously slow, unless it's a busy time of day my fries are usually cold and flopped over. Employees seem nice and helpful though

Best service at this McDonalds in all of R.I.!
The wait time is pretty fast, even late nights when I usually come by. The food is always fresh, no stale old fries or premade burgers. Nathan is the sweetest employee, if there is anything ever wrong about my order he politely helps me out super quick! I have been coming by more often lately and he even remembered that I like extra sugar in my sweet tea. Thanks for having cool employees, I will keep coming back and leaving with a smile.

I'd put zero stars if possible...they ruined my food order and of course I didn't check it ,so I find out when I get home...when I called the store they told me to bring back the food and they'd remake it...like IM HOME ALREADY!!! just give me a double cheeseburger credit like every other burger shack on the planet...

WHOEVER made my double cheeseburger with Mac sauce and extra pickles at around 9:00PM deserves a raise cuz YOU ACTUALLY put extra pickles and it made my DAY!!!!! Love you <3
