Burger King

I used drive thru on Saturday April 9 around 10 am and the black girl that was working just had a nasty attitude for no apparent reason. I'm pretty sure whoever was there around that time experienced it too because as soon as you drive up to the speaker and she starts talking you can notice her attitude. She had a assistant manager name tag on without her name. I hope she's not the assistant manager because people like her are the reasons why fast food restaurants get so many negative reviews. I'm a regular here and she doesn't speak for the entire staff because I've never experienced it with any other Staff and this review is specifically just because of her so I hope her boss addresses this issue with her....

We were generally disappointed. The tables weren't cleaned well, the music was turned up a bit loud, the toilets weren't clean, and the soda machine was not stocked well with all the flavor things that make it fun to play with. The food was alright, but somehow the burgers we ordered came out a bit dry. Burger King can do better, and it might be about the staff morale and character. There is not sense of pride in the work that they are doing, and I know Burger King, fast food and all, can be a nice job with better craft, mechanical as it generally is. It takes customer service to make a nice place, and I'm pretty sure we won't be back here anytime soon.

I came here (1st time) for breakfast. The young lady seemed more into her phone call than making our order. I had to repeat my order several times over the intercom & when I reached the window, it still wasn't correct. That's when I noticed the house phone she had propped to her ear. IF I return to this Burger King, hopefully if the young lady needs to take a phone call; she's not working the drive thru.

on 11/24/2021 I order the food with 2 coupon at Burgerking in jessup -MD and I must return the food because the cashier Jordan Harris was cheat me with the price is $13.85 instead the price is $7.41 The cashier Jordan Harris was very rude and very unmannerly . I propose the manager of this store must fire this employee immediately . This employee was very unmannerly and have attitude distinguish asian This employee still said that move , move , move away this store .
